How fresh is your coffee?
We roast in small batches and ship within days, so your beans arrive at their best. Every bag is stamped with its roast date.
How does the subscription work?
Pick your coffee, choose how often you'd like it delivered, and we handle the rest. You can pause, skip, swap or cancel anytime from your account — no commitment, no hassle.
How long will my delivery take?
UK orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and arrive within 2–4 working days. You'll get a tracking link as soon as it's on its way.
Whole bean or ground — which should I choose?
Choose whole bean if you have a grinder, as it stays fresher for longer. If not, pick ground and tell us your brew method (cafetière, espresso, filter) so we grind it just right.
Do you offer decaf?
Yes — we carry a great-tasting decaf so you can enjoy a cup any time of day. Just look for the decaf option on our shop page.
What's your returns policy?
If something isn't right with your order, get in touch within 30 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund. As coffee is perishable, we handle returns case by case — just reach out.
Do you supply offices, cafés or wholesale?
We do. If you'd like to stock Need or set up a regular supply for your workplace, drop us a message and we'll talk through the options.
How do I use my 10% off code?
Pop your email into the subscribe popup to get your code, then apply it in the discount box at checkout. It's valid on your first order.
